Loyalty Points

Post by Claret Till I Die » Mon Dec 30, 2024 4:44 pm

Just been checking my points and they haven't added points for the Bastards game. Has anyone else had theirs added yet?

I really don't know how and when they do add the points

Sheff United - added 18th November - Day of Purchase
Middlesbrough - added 25th November - Day of Purchase
Norwich - added 3rd December - 22 days after Day of Purchase

Nothing yet for Blackburn, Reading or Plymouth.

Loyalty points are now not being added until the fixture has taken place. This change is due to the number of people buying tickets, being awarded the points and then returning the tickets.

Wow!! That is crazy that people would do that to inflate their points.

I don't know that they just do it to get the points or if it's just difficult/impossible for the TO/Ticketmaster to remove them once they've been awarded.

They haven’t been added for much of the season at the time of purchase
