For any info ahead of the game at Reading other than tickets and coach travel.

Links for these threads along with ticket info and Accy Clarets will be in the sticky post.

Yes, that's a good set up they've got. There has also been a new train station near the ground (about a 10-15 min walk) that has opened since we were last there which is another option (Reading Green Park).

Use the Mereoak Park and Ride if driving (buses run from 13:00 to 14:45). The one recommended on the Burnley website has been closed all season because of the closure of Shinfield Park.

Do they have under soil heating? I guess if not, we’d know by now.

I would think so given they’ve been in the PL.

According to my nephew, they have hardly sold any tickets. Lots of areas closed off.

Heating the pitch might cost more than the income!

Re travel. My brother in law has volunteered to drop me off at Green Park.

Haven't been there since it was called The Four Horseshoes, which is many, many years ago. However, The World Turned Upside Down on Basingstoke Road, is in the area.

That's a really good question. I've just checked it and the info is at the link below - it says £5.50 return, cash or contactless but no change given.

A limited number available from Reading directly on the day at their visiting supporters ticket office (between gates 9 and 10). They are £20 on the day.
