Trafford 8 (Crikey, a spectator and then some!)!
Roberts 7
CJER 8
Esteve 8
Humphreys 7 (-1 for messing up a clear goalscoring opportunity!)
Cullen 9 (MOM)
Laurent 7 (A good player, but just not very creative, so why not make way for Shelvey after 70 minutes!!?)
Hannibal 7 (Absolutely full of running and endeavour and all heart which will always endear him to the fans, but that also masks his lack of creativity or incisive passing or wastefulness when showboating in possession. The new Dean Marney imo)
Anthony 8 (I'll forgive him 2 glaring misses because he's actually very dangerous!)
Foster 5 (I'm not forgiving him his glaring misses because he's a striker (allegedly)and he can't hit the goals from 7 yards out!!)
Flemming 6

Edwards 9 (Scared PNE to death!)
Brownhill 6

A game we were never great in and yet should have easily won at a canter. We created the chances and those deriding Parker for his tactics have to concede that we were miles the better team and it's not the manager's fault if expensive and extremely well paid footballers can't hit the goals from a few yards out! We literally threw 2 points away today and showed exactly why we'll be in the play offs and nowhere near the top 2 come May.

Hannibal - 7 - All over the pitch keeping things moving. I’m guessing ‘the fuss’ was about him being racially abused by Osmajic but of course Hannibal began the problem by needlessly pushing him in the back.

Foster - 8 - Very lively forward and good defending too. Had two reasonable chances in the first half where, certainly with the first he should have done better. Then he missed our other golden chance.
That really is an unbelievable comment about Hannibal. Firstly he was constantly fouled and targeted by Preston all day and secondly and more importantly WTF are you suggesting ? He “began the problem” ? How can pushing someone in the back trigger a problem that someone has with the colour of his skin ?

Not on the same level as above obviously but giving Foster an 8 I just find incredible. He’s missing huge sitters pretty much every game at the moment and how he is keeping his place in the team when is neither scoring or assisting I have no idea.

Trafford 7 Gets the plaudits for clean sheets but rarely called upon to make a save week in, week out. Just how I like it! :D
Roberts 7 Shame he didn't get forward as often as previous
Egan-Riley 8 Solid if not spectacular
Esteve 8 The blocked shot meant so much to him
Humphreys 7
Cullen 7
Laurent 7 Does the job SP wants of him
Hannibal 8* He handled the rough stuff well and was impeccable during the stoppage. Tries to create more than most.
Anthony 7 Not his best game but not at fault either
Foster 6 Generous but despite the misses he worked hard
Flemming 6 It's a tough ask for him to play target man

Edwards 7 Needs to be on earlier and given the ball
Brownhill 6 Good to have him back

First time I've seen Edwards. Seriously impressed me. A winger who heads for the byline and passes it back. Could be a major asset.

I cannot believe I've just read that on this message board.

Fuss? Are you serious? Started by needlessly pushing him in the back? Are you serious? I think you need to take a long, long look at yourself. That is shameful and is unacceptable on this message board.

Unbelievable comment by Hipper that will go under the radar because it’s buried in the player ratings.
Had it been reported, I'd have removed the whole post at the time. But I only spotted it while going through the ratings.

I called it out above and I think as Tsar said it’s been lost in the ratings thread.
This is not even a Burnley thing - for someone to make a comment like that about anybody from any club or indeed any walk of life I find more than anything very sad. The fact that we have people like this walking amongst us at the club is even sadder.

I offered a valid opinion and some (may be everyone?) don't like it. I have no problem with that but it seems others do. I haven't tried to debate the matter on here as others do. I never have as this is a ratings thread all about fans opinions.

I did post a more detailed explanation of my view on a thread on the Hannibal subject but as I half expected that thread was removed. Couple that with the demise of the Ukraine War thread illustrates yet again that mature debate is hardly possible on here, at least not for long.

CT. Why don't you remove my post, and all my others while you are at it. I'm getting thoroughly ****** off with this site.

How do I erase my membership of this site. I no longer want to be associated with it.

I'm not an apologist in any way...and I called out Hipper's post at the time...but I really think he's just been a bit gormless and thoughtless rather than any form of malintent.

Probably the case with almost all of that tiny percentage of our posters that still think it's 1972.

1. Log out on your username profile.
2. Press the cross on the site tab.
3. Take it out of your favourite websites
4. Don’t open the website again.

Just like the rest of the internet your footprint will remain though….good and bad.

You did post a more detailed explanation on the thread which, for legal reasons, is no longer available. Your comments on that thread were even worse and as you know you were called out by several posters. If you consider what you posted to be mature debate then I'm sorry, it was anything but.

Should you wish you have your account removed, you will need to formally request that by email.
