Have not had a email marked as comfirmation, I have looked through spam and deletes files.

Hope the ticket office is open tomorrow morning.

If you don't manage to get this sorted through our Ticket Office, I'd print off the email that you got from them and take it to the Ticket Office at Preston and explain the situation. At the league game there when one of ours got to the turnstiles he couldn't get in as someone had inadvertently downloaded the wrong ticket (his ticket). The stewards soon sorted him out with a printed ticket and he got in ok.

Been down to the ticket office this morning everything sorted, they sent the comformation email to my brother in law.
