Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
This is what we are charging WBA:
Seats are priced £30 Adults, £23 Seniors, £23 Under-22s and £15 Under-18s.
I wonder if in this instance we charged Cov more cause they are charging us so much ?
----------
Having under 18's at £25 is madness

Anyone know what the increased allocation is? Says in site 1.9k is the initial allocation. Expect us to sell that even with the mad pricing.

Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Take it they’re releasing them in blocks with just the corner section currently available? More to come?

Of the away sections (7, 8 and 9), just 7 on sale at the minute.Jimmymaccer wrote: ↑Mon Mar 10, 2025 10:28 amTake it they’re releasing them in blocks with just the corner section currently available? More to come?

Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
It's ridiculous - too many clubs charging too much for away fans now and ours, sadly, is one of them.
Derby a few days later would cost you £96 for the same five tickets.

Looks like about 200 left
Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Block 9 has not gone on sale yet so I’d guess at another 1000 or so to sell.

Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
I ordered a mix of adult and kids tickets and all came printed as adults. Somebody less honest than myself, if they were willing to risk that this wasn't just a random error, might consider accidentally buying kids tickets for adults and saving a few quid on the extortionate prices

Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
But until you actually get/see a ticket, you wouldn't know if they are category marked or not. Also, you can't buy a concession ticket with an adult membership.Bacchus wrote: ↑Wed Mar 19, 2025 6:10 pmI ordered a mix of adult and kids tickets and all came printed as adults. Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Yeah which is why I said it was a risk. Not one I'd take myself. But my guess is that all the tickets are pre-printed as adult. Think I've noticed the same for other matches.
Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Yes they are but you can only buy a concession ticket if the purchaser is a concession ie only a junior can buy a junior ticket, only sen cit can buy a sen cit ticket etc
Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
I think we have sold blocks 7 and almost 8. Block 9 is the one behind the goals and then there are the smaller triangle type section to the left of block 7.

The latter. Nearly sold the initial allocation (1900/2 blocks), with another block (1000) available if we need them.Jakubs Tash wrote: ↑Wed Mar 19, 2025 7:43 pmNot sure that really answers the query. Not being funny about it, just trying to help get clarity.

It’s often the case now that tickets are all the same whatever the category.Bacchus wrote: ↑Wed Mar 19, 2025 6:10 pmI ordered a mix of adult and kids tickets and all came printed as adults. Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Phew, was worried we’d only sold 900 then. It’s a massive game. Really hope we sell the remainder and take the extra because we need to do all we can to get behind the lads for this one.
Shame the pricing is so horrific, I nearly threw up at the checkout!
Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Think its more the kickoff time really and being on TV. A few years ago they'd have been a real buzz about a game like this, its just become too easy to watch on TV instead. Its a shame but thats the way its gone unfortunately.
Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Looking like we won't need to take the 3rd block.
Re: Coventry City v Burnley – Ticket Information
Plenty of time yet. A win on the Turf next Saturday will tempt a few more. A few of us are more than likely going but haven't bothered sorting tickets yet.
