From TV I didn't see much wrong about his performance today - 20's all round I'd guess.

As I mentioned in the earlier thread, we haven't lost with him as Ref.

He had a very good game today. Could maybe have booked CJ for the handball but played on instead.

Slight criticism, only slight, missed a couple of opportunities to play advantage.

Very good in an easy match with what was at stake for both clubs.

We've missed the clean sheet record because of the **** not picking up a foul on Hannibal. Thought it was offside as well. We've had him too much this season. He's always in the way and avoids making the big calls.

One of the better refereeing performances this season.

Wasn’t a foul nor offside
Watched on TV and showed that incident several times

I'm not at all sure either first half goal should have stood, although I thought Barnes perhaps got the benefit of the doubt because Kitchen had his doubts about Millwall's goal.

Millwalls goal should have been ruled out for handball, but we brought that on ourselves with Hannibal going to ground for no reason. Other than that he was way better than previous, he’s just one of those who nitpicks a bit for no real reason.

Wow.

Thought he’d had an excellent game. Foul on Hannibal would have been harsh, but at PL level it’s given all day. Maybe because they “buy” it.

Good effort from this ref.

Good game. Good game. (Said in Brucie voice).

Probably the most entertaining game at Tirf this season in my book.

The referee’s performance contributed to this.

Thought it was an excellent performance in a season full of dross (refereeing wise) got little to nothing wrong. Let the game flow and was firm when he had to be.

He missed quite a bit and not always against us. Hannibal was a bit naughty second half and threw an elbow at the full back. Personally loved the Barnes challenge for the goal but it is iffy in modern football. He's constantly in the way of passes. Genuinely hope we don't get him again next season.

For what it’s worth I thought Hannibal throwing himself to the ground, with minimal if any contact, was terrible given the position he was in and that turnover led to their goal. He was excellent from then on however, perhaps fuelled by his desire to make amends?

I’ve seen a replay of that and absolutely no foul

He let the game flow. Nothing bad from either set of players.

I think it was a different Andrew Kitchen from the one we have suffered earlier in the season.

Pretty decent referee. Not sure if it was his fault, fourth official or the club, but not knowing what the additional time was after 90 minutes was a bit frustrating (until Brownhill scored :D)

It's the fourth official's job to stick the board up but surely the referee should have done something, it's his responsibility.

Kitchen avoids flak yesterday because not much happened.
He's a non-referee...does as little as possible...he'll be ok in the Prem with VAR to wipe his arse...in the championship he's simply winging it.

Pretty sure that this was pre-agreed with both clubs as a a further measure to try to discourage a pitch invasion (i.e. most people did not know when he would blow)
There was definitely communication with both benches and Worrall was on the touchline informing our players and some of us sat behind the dugout that it was 5.
I very much doubt that it was incompetence.
