That was an interesting watch.
Comes across well in that interview. Reading between the lines on the Academy thread it seems some prominent members of this board maybe don’t have a particularly positive view of him. Tend to have a scepticism sometimes that there are hints of an automatic leaning against people perceived to be ‘ALK/Pace men’.
One thing I will say in terms of recruiting managers/head coaches, if he has had key involvement in that, you really can’t knock the decisions made under Pace.
