Post by littlemissclaret » Wed Jul 02, 2025 6:50 pm

Does anyone know, If I get a membership, can I use the “10% discount at clarets store” when ordering a new shirt online??

They reduced it to 5% last year but it’s not a discount but points towards a future purchase. Not sure which memberships qualify.

My mate purchased one last season. Not too sure what he received but for the upcoming season, here's the benefits. It says 10% discount at club shop so I would presume it includes any purchases?

I've spoken to ticketing and the store on the phone and neither seem to have any idea. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I get something in the post? Apparently, they haven't sent out many membership packs because there's a letter included from Scott Parker?? Sounds like he is signing them.

If they are receiving a discount it’s far better than season ticket holders who just receive points for future purchases and it can be less than 5%.

Some must have been sent out as my Daughter received a hat, tote bag and letter last week. It's not an individually SP signed letter.

Looking at that chart of benefits posted by Claretfanatic1982 and in particular the £35 (extra) column against the £150 (premium) column the only benefit I can see for paying the extra £115 is the 1st priority for the ticket window, seems a little heavy to me.

But probably worth it to guarantee 2 tickets for every away game.

Same as the stadium tour discount.

Members get 30% off, whereas STH 11%

Can I just ask if you’re able to use the credit you have in your Burnley account to purchase goods in the club shop. I think from memory you can use it against home and away tickets but not sure if you can use it as a credit towards your season ticket via DD. Whilst typing this I’ve just had a vague recollection that you are unable to use the credit against a season ticket if it’s on DD but you can on a full cash purchase, is that correct? Thanks in advance.

I think that all that is correct.
