Re: Season tickets
All my direct debits payments came out for my 3 season tickets today, after the last 2 months problems of only 1 of the 3 direct debits being taken out. Hopefully everyone else who has had problems for last 2 month had all the correct direct debits payments took out for them.

Re: Season tickets
I had both my payments come out in one lump sum today.
Supposed that’s better than only paying for one of them.
I hear CTID is having fun with his ST direct debits though…..

You really couldn't make it up. All I will say is that if the ticket office manager is in charge of the entrance music for next season then expect us to run out to the theme from the muppet show......wadeswondergoal wrote: ↑Tue Jul 01, 2025 6:52 pmI had both my payments come out in one lump sum today.

Re: Season tickets
Glad for this thread popping back up, I didn't see it at the time and now noticed I've not paid my DD since April.
I've emailed the club, hopefully my seat still belongs to me. I suspect they'll be asking me for £126 up front no doubt.

Re: Season tickets
Have you checked if you've received 350 Loyalty Points, as you should have done?
Re: Season tickets
I am confident my seat is safe, but I 100% haven't paid anything since the expiry of the 24/25 ticket in April.
I can't remember how many points I had previously to see if it has increased by 350 and the option to look into previous orders and to see the loyalty points breakdown seems to have vanished form the ticketing site.
Actually, manage ticket, reserved seats & season ticket status are all blank when I click on them.
The only positive thing that points to me having a season ticket is on the banner at the top, it does say 25/26 season ticket holder.

Re: Season tickets
April was the final payment for 2024/25 season Mark so you are now three payments behind for the coming season (my third payment came out yesterday). For some reason they have removed the purchase history from the site so it's not possible to check points additions now.MarkGreen wrote: ↑Wed Jul 02, 2025 10:16 amI am confident my seat is safe, but I 100% haven't paid anything since the expiry of the 24/25 ticket in April.

And I've just spotted that 2025/26 season ticket holder. Worth phoning them if you can.

Yes, I've emailed and they have confirmed my seat is safe. But they've admitted they've absolutely no idea what has gone on with payments apparently someone else has been paying for me...ClaretTony wrote: ↑Wed Jul 02, 2025 10:27 amApril was the final payment for 2024/25 season Mark so you are now three payments behind for the coming season (my third payment came out yesterday). Did they say where? I had to pick mine up last season as "they'd been sent to a previous address" They didn't know what to say when I said that I've lived in my current address since 1998!

Re: Season tickets
That’s a result if someone has been paying for you.

Re: Season tickets
Which means that someone who believes they have paid for their own season ticket, has actually paid for yours and their own (perhaps) has been up for sale.
Re: Season tickets
I actually got an email around 2 weeks ago asking for me to update my address on the site. When I logged on, all of the address details where already there so I just confirmed back in an email again to them.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Wed Jul 02, 2025 10:58 amDid they say where? Re: Season tickets
Maybe its me who is paying for you. I came to this thread because i've received an email from the ticket office today that doesn't reflect what seems to be happening.
"I am writing to advise you that as from 26/6/2025 your Direct Debit has been changed:
No first collection. Further payments of £43.33 will then be collected on or just after 1st day of the month, every 1 month(s), from 01/07/2025 until 02/03/2026. The last payment of £43.33 will then be collected on or just after 01/04/2026."
But my payments have been consistently coming out at £43.33. May, June, July all taken. So what does "No first collection" refer to I wonder.

Unbelievable series of incompetencies somewhere in the chain. Fair enough mistakes happen, but to have so many varying issues is so poor.

Re: Season tickets
I've logged in to the two accounts that I pay for and they both say season tickets valid until May 2026 so i'm sure i'm not really paying for anyone else!

Chris - Log on to your ticket account and then click on the round head symbol at the top right. You should then get - Hello Chris 25/26 Season Ticket Holder and it will show your Loyalty Points and Account Balance.pureclaret wrote: ↑Wed Jul 02, 2025 12:57 pmMy payments are going out no problem but cant seem to access purchase history, bought a ticket for Lazio and no history also Loyalty points not able to find out what I have any one know how to access?

I've received notification this afternoon from the club of a changed direct debit.
However, all the details are the same as the previous version, and I have paid the first three instalments.

Numerous phone calls and emails back and forth, 2 visits to the ticket office , 2 payments made manually by debit card and assurances given by the club that after a meeting with Ticketmaster last month all would be sorted by July payment.
Guess what......no DD taken again this month!!!

One phone call to the club. One conversation with a very helpful member of staff who added my details to a database of people who had not had their DD taken and explained thst the cost would be spread over 10 months and the DD amount adjusted. One letter received with the new payment amount and payment taken on 1st.RidgeClaret wrote: ↑Thu Jul 03, 2025 4:40 amNumerous phone calls and emails back and forth, 2 visits to the ticket office , 2 payments made manually by debit card and assurances given by the club that after a meeting with Ticketmaster last month all would be sorted by July payment.

I'm on the database/spreadsheet with hundreds of others too cos I've seen it and have been so since 5th May. Ticket office staff seem helpful also but it's obviously still a major problem.

One positive - the previously disappeared Purchase History is back. I think it was called Purchase History but it's there under Account History.
