Not seen this mentioned anywhere on the board.
Must admit I was not aware of this last year either.
Been fined more than £1m ($1.3m) by the premier league for breaching rules
around delayed kickoffs and restarts nine times last season. The fine comes
a year after City paid £2m last season for breaching the same game-delay rules.
Leopards, spots come instantly to mind.
WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER 115 VARIOUS BREACHES ?

I'll never understand how clubs like city and chelsea seem to get away with everything, newcastle would like to, but can't, and other clubs like Bury, Sheff utd and even Blackburn and more recently Morecambe and others get totally screwed when they make financial errors.
It's beyond my pay grade to understand the laws around these things and they may be all different and unrelated, but is sends out a pretty rubbish message to fans in general as to who's running the show and who's not making them pay.

When even the poorest club in your league is worth £hundreds of millions then you know the best lawyers will be fighting any charges you bring.

This story has been about for weeks -Standard fines - so City see it as a cost of operation, it is a negligible cost when you are turning over £700m+ each year
