Yipi my season ticket has arrived all correct details on as well including Bob Lord blanket . + shock collar linked to VAR so as I know now when to celebrate a goal !!!

Useful confirmation from the ticket office that if you are away on holiday and still waiting for the physical season ticket card to arrive there is the option to digitally download it for the Sunderland match.

To cut a long story short, I've had issues with my season ticket since May.
I had rang the club muliple times and visited the ticket office 3 times to try and get it sorted.
My season ticket arrived today, but no payment has gone out since April this year, so I'm putting money aside, in case they bill me all at once!

Maybe, everyone will get sorted out eventually, but reading this thread, a lot of people have had similar issues and from my experience with it the club/ticket office have been extremely poor with dealing with all the issues and with being honest, profesional and helpful with people.

All in all it's been very stressful and a lot of people have gone through needless worrying about it, because of incompetance.

It would be nice if the club apologised to fans for the huge cock ups, instead of passing the buck all the time

My season ticket card was delivered this afternoon, having been sent from a third party marketing company on The Wirral. As the postman handed it to me he said 'apparently this is a season ticket, there have been a lot delivered to the wrong address.'

Mine? No not a chance!! We have all lived at the same address for 14 years and had season tickets for as long as I can remember.

If you look at the envelope they came in, they are not actually being sent out by the club, that might explain why they arrive on different days

Not much of a rant is it.

But as I go away on Saturday, and land back just before the Sunderland game it may be a problem as I won't have time to get to the ticket office. I've seen other threads where tickets are landing all over East Lancs. Sorry if my concern is an issue for you. Perhaps just don't reply?

Should it not arrive, you can download the Sunderland ticket to your phone, that should reduce any concern you have. Enjoy your holiday.
