Should it not arrive, you can download the Sunderland ticket to your phone, that should reduce any concern you have. Enjoy your holiday.

Waiting patiently for my digital season tickets.

Ticket site is now showing Account History again as of this morning and managing tickets is available again but only to forward to friend or put on ticket exchange, not to download.

I noticed under account history that it says 6 tickets moved for Tottenham, so I looked at my confirmation email.

The tickets I bought were block 118, Row 7, seats 570, 571 and 572.

My purchase history says Block 118, Row 11, seats 563, 564 ans 565.

Why it says you moved 6 items i have no idea. Anyone else notice it they have got different tickets to the ones they ordered for Spurs?

Now I've got 2! Identical. Suppose it's better than none at all but it does beg the question as to exactly how this is organised!

I was speaking to my sister yesterday and she hasn’t received hers yet either.
We sit next to each other in Block 7 of the Longside Upper.
It’s possible they are being sent out Stand by Stand, Block by Block.

Give it chance, it is a Sunday, plus its not needed for another 13 days.

I appreciate digital tickets aren’t relying on the post so there is more time for them to become available before it’s a big problem. But given the club have advised today as the date that the functionality should be available, then it’s not ridiculous to expect it today.
Albeit club comms feel very hit and miss at the moment as well evidenced on plenty of other threads.

Whoo hoo direct debit finally went out yesterday for the first time....only 6 months late and for the wrong amount too but I'll take it!!!
Charged me for an adult ticket but I'm a senior citizen.
I'm sure I'll get a refund if I wait long enough!!!

Similar here, 6 months late and in a different seat because they cocked up and sold mine. a random ammount of £63, I can't work out the maths, but at least summats happening. I was thinking they'd bill me the full ammount at a an unexpected time.
