Parking - Holcombe Drive

Post by Musky » Sun Aug 24, 2025 4:15 pm

I wonder if i have missed info as to parking on a match day...i have always parked on Holcombe Drive but the road was closed to traffic yesterday so i had to turn left at the fire station and eventually found a spot leaving just a ten minute walk to the ground. Does anybody know if this was just a one off for some reason, or if this will be the way going forward?
Great win by the way.

You could have parked on Holcombe Drive. I parked on the Tennis Club as usual ... Steward on lights at Fire Station allowed us through.

I will continue to park there ... Lots of Sunderland fans parked down there too yesterday

As Bosscat said above, if you ask the chap with sign denying access just tell him where you’re going he’ll then let you drive through.

Thanks for info fellas. I was tempted to do that but threw a left at the last minute!
