I’m trying to buy a ticket via the BFC website for my grandson.
When I try to buy an under 18 ticket an error message appears saying I need to insert a date of birth but there is no indication how to do this.
Anyone experienced this and found a solution?

This very thing happened to me so I rang the ticket office and they advised that my Grandson needed to be registered with his own ckarets number then a ticket could be assigned to him. I did this and it then allowed me to buy a ticket and assign it to him. The error message is misleading.

Thanks Claret MrG

I had the same issue when I was getting a ticket for my nephew, the site kept asking for a date of birth but there was nowhere to put it in at checkout. What worked for me was going into the account settings first and creating a profile in his name with his DOB added, then when I went back to buy the ticket it recognised it and went through fine. Bit of a pain, but that seemed to fix it.

The ticket office said it was new for this season. Never had any issues in the past. He's happy to have his own clarets number so no big deal but website should have said that was what was required.
