I saw the bid of £400 per share last week - they were put up late this time, with the bid quickly following - it appeared to be a co-ordinated approach.

Project 23rd Century Ltd, owner of AI Scout and Ai.io has been though a lot of changes recently. Today's confirmation Statement shows that a significant number of shareholders have sold either the whole or part of their shareholding to the Saudi Company for Artificial Intelligence which now has the controlling stake in the business
Vlad Torgovnik's CJA NYC Element has sold it's whole shareholding
ALK Capital have retained the whole of their shareholding

As we are approaching the fifth anniversary of the ALK leveraged buyout are you planning a 5 year review of the financial state of BFC? It would be really informative for those of us who struggle to keep up with where we are on the financial side of our club but I appreciate that it would be a lot of work for you.

Would have thought someone within the ISA would be keeping track of that and be able to help maybe?Orangebernard wrote: ↑Wed Sep 17, 2025 10:54 amAs we are approaching the fifth anniversary of the ALK leveraged buyout are you planning a 5 year review of the financial state of BFC? Need to wait for annual report to be published for 31st July 2025 if you want a (as close as possible) 5 year review of financial impact of ALK/VSP acquisition of BFC. AR 31st July 2025 should be filed at Companies House and in public domain by early May 2026.Orangebernard wrote: ↑Wed Sep 17, 2025 10:54 amAs we are approaching the fifth anniversary of the ALK leveraged buyout are you planning a 5 year review of the financial state of BFC? Alternatively, I recommend fpllowing the team's performance and competitiveness in the Premier League - and comparing with other clubs of a similar size.

Re: ALK Capital or Farnell/Elkashashy takeover
ALK took the reigns in Dec 2020?
The team within that timeframe have achieved the following:-
2020/21 PREM 17th
2021/22 PREM 18th (RELEGATED)
2022/23 CHAMP 1st (PROMOTED)
2023/24 PREM 19th (RELEGATED)
2024/25 CHAMP 2nd (PROMOTED)
The financial arguments have gone backward and forwards throughout the whole five years, I think we need a season where we stay up in the Premier League to see what the vision is beyond being a yo-yo club.
If we stay up, what plans are there in place to put us in the same kind of ball park as the likes of Brighton, Brentford and Bournemouth on the pitch and to become more settled financially off it?
