Fish of all type.
Worse when in a restaurant abroad and some dirty scrubber has fish with the head still attached, surprised some don't eat the eyes!
My mother in law loves sucking out the eyes & shrimp heads.

Hedontplayforyou is right on the money with mushrooms. Years of work canteens serving luke warm rubber in a bath of mud coloured water convinced me that they are pure evil.
Dont tell the Italians.
I've a friend in Tuscany who makes millions from mushrooms. Well, with a few truffles thrown in.

Wow…. Not a lot left is there fella?
It's fine, but would be difficult if I couldn't cook.
Id rather that than be my mum who cant eat cheese, chocolate or tomatoes. Most of my favourite foods have at least one of those things.

Some good suggestions out there:
Bananas and Sweetcorn taste the same and are completely indigestible.
Jellied Eels, whilst once a good form of cheap nutrition for the poor residents of London during the late 18th and 19th Centuries, why on earth would you even consider eating that nowadays ? The most famous Pie & Eel place in Peckham doesn't publish it's prices. Gelatinous, slimey, fishy, bone ridden slop doesn't rank high on my list.
As for Tofu. Just get some thick kitchen towels and put some Asian based sauce on. Job done.

Black Pudding- lots of people seem to like it but personally can't see the appeal of food made from animals blood mixed with fat and cereal

I'm not a huge fan of Black Pudding but there was a place on Burnley Market Hall which did some proper moist items.
That's probably going back a while !
Today, you will only get a slice of dried out crap on your all day breakfast.

Although Octopus appears 'rather Alien'. It is right up there with the likes of Lobster.
Not likely to get any fresh stuff round these parts. Plenty in Scotland but everything is exported into the Mediterranean.

Gravy with fish on your Chippy tea should not be allowed.
A side portion of that sweet curry sauce could be considered but only for the chips.

Northern boys love gravy.
Personally, I like it especially with mushy peas, although generally opt for the pie instead of the fish.

and an absolute necessity for a ragù as a basis for spag bol and lasagna.
But more importantly, a Waldorf salad would not exist without celery.

I use celery in so many different things although I don't eat it like my dad did, he used to get a stick of celery and fill the trough with salt to eat.

Funny that my dad did the same, I wonder if it's an east lancs thing like chewing raw liquorice root?

Bury market still has stalls selling proper black puddings...just avoid the lean version, it doesn't work

Chilli con Carne would be wrong without the Kidney Beans but there is no way that I would entertain a bowl of them on their own.

Gravy has to be black, not brown.
Can't understand people who really rate KFC gravy. Yuk.

I've eaten and enjoyed most of the items listed above. I ain't a fussy eater.
I don't like coffee and coffee flavoured things, uncooked celery, grapefruits - all taste unpleasantly bitter to me. Also don't like horseradish.
Pretty much anything else goes down the hatch.
My problem (due to sensitive teeth) is when hot stuff is served with cold stuff. Lasagne with a side salad for example - just hurts my teeth.

When I'm in the Philippines re a chicken nothing goes to waste.
In the wet market they sell of course chicken breast/legs/wings.
But also chicken feet (after they chop off the nails)/chicken intestines/heads/blood and even chicken bumhole.
