Today’s match ticket
Today’s match ticket
Hi all, just looked in my ticket wallet and today’s ticket has expired. Anyone else also have this issue?

Re: Today’s match ticket
Yes same don’t think they become live till later on I maybe wrong
Re: Today’s match ticket
Same. And they seem to have blocked me from forwarding it to someone in my contacts list on the website. Not sure if that’s policy to make things more difficult or because the ticket is “expired”.
Re: Today’s match ticket
It appears the ko time was set to 12am and maybe this is why’s it’s expired.

I’m sure our top people are on it

You missed it! We won 3-0, Foster got a brace and Florentino scored a 40 yarder.

Re: Today’s match ticket
Mine doesn't say "expired" but is ghosted out with the words " not transferable "
Fun and games ahead for some?

Re: Today’s match ticket
Why don't people save it to their Google/Apple wallet and just use it from there?

Re: Today’s match ticket
Whilst my ticket in the wallet on the BFC app is ghosted out as above, I had an email in August which allowed me to download my ST to my Google wallet and this one is always live. Maybe check back and do similar?Funkydrummer wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 10:29 amMine doesn't say "expired" but is ghosted out with the words " not transferable "

Yes, I did the same with my "whole" or "complete" season ticket no problem.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 10:48 amWhilst my ticket in the wallet on the BFC app is ghosted out as above, I had an email in August which allowed me to download my ST to my Google wallet and this one is always live. It seems the poster is having problems with the one, individual game ticket. This designed
to save someone handing over their entire season ticket to someone else, just for a single game,
That's the big difference,

Re: Today’s match ticket
This just highlights the crap system.
Three different scenarios for the one game ticket.
One ghosted and expired
One ghosted and not transferable
And one alive and and kicking and raring to go.
Says it all really - shocking way of treating people.

Re: Today’s match ticket
I believe a lot of people have had issues with digital season tickets (I'm sure Leon_C posted on here this week that his wouldn't work for the Liverpool game). For that reason, I'm sticking with my card.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 10:48 amWhilst my ticket in the wallet on the BFC app is ghosted out as above, I had an email in August which allowed me to download my ST to my Google wallet and this one is always live. Re: Today’s match ticket
My Liverpool home ticket was the same, showed as we played the game on Saturday the 13th at 12 noon, hence it expired. Just used my plastic card

Same here, but it should be handy to know that, for whatever reason, you don't have
your physical card with you on match day, that you can still gain entry.
Can't say I have too much faith in that tbh.

Re: Today’s match ticket
I’d love the use of the card, but as we’re in the CFS. We don’t have that option.
I phoned the ticket office and they didn’t sound to concerned, the woman on the phone advised me to download my ticket from the email to my wallet and she will mention it to her boss.

Re: Today’s match ticket
Ticket transfer is now working.
Re: Today’s match ticket
Both ours are in my wife’s phone-Apple/ Wallet. Once she’s put her phone to the screen to gain entry the operator just tabs down to my ticket for me then hands me her phone back. We also carry our cards as back up.

Re: Today’s match ticket
Mine is showing expired in the App ticket wallet too. The KO time was set to 12.00am so I guess that's why.

Re: Today’s match ticket
Just looked again. Now it's gone greyed out showing not transferable as others have said. Must be that the kick off was set incorrectly in the App ticket wallet.

Re: Today’s match ticket
Mine is still ghosted and showing not transferable. Still got a 12 o'clock KO as well.
Think I'll give it a try and create if it doesnt work.

Re: Today’s match ticket
I think there’s some confusion around the “version” of ticket
The Season ticket that you have been able to download to wallet from the email sent pre season, is live and active
The individual match ticket that you can access and download from the club app, is greyed out and inactive because the time is as set to 12am (as was the Liverpool game last week)

Re: Today’s match ticket
Well, they won't have problems with touts if season ticket holders can't get in.

I used my downloaded digital season ticket yesterday without any issues. Didn't check if my singular game one was available.Claret Till I Die wrote: ↑Sat Sep 20, 2025 11:10 amI used my card for the Liverpool game but will try my digital one today. Wish me luck!

Re: Today’s match ticket
I also had a digital ticket that had was “expired”. Thankfully had my season ticket card on me so could gain access via that. On checking further, the digital ticket stored in my Ticket Wallet within the BFC app showed that it had expired at midnight! All other expired tickets still show the correct kick off time but this was provided by the club with an incorrect kick off time. Shambles.

Re: Today’s match ticket
Most people daren’t not carry their card for fear of the digital system not working or yesterday would have been a problem for many more, me included
If they do go fully digital at some point in the future they’ll need to pull their socks up digitally
Re: Today’s match ticket
Why do you seem to try to minimise the ticketing issues that some people appear to be experiencing? Doesn't matter if it's a few or hundreds, there's apparently an issue which is affecting some fans and needs sorting.
Re: Today’s match ticket
Who's minimising it???
I'm saying if there's an issue, we might find out what it was.
Do we know what it was that 100s had problems with, as per my original post?
Re: Today’s match ticket
It's good to hear that you're not minimising the continuing issues which a number of people appear to be having with cards, digital tickets, accessing the ground etc.
Re: Today’s match ticket
It's good to hear you accept that, thank you
