It looks like we won't get any Gold medals. One of our best chances just then in the 4 x 100 womens relay.

She has been injury plagued since she won gold in the Olympics and hadn't run for about a year. She came back a few weeks ago so any medal is a good result.

Shame, she didn't look all that comfortable in the semi-final, being pipped on the line by Moraa.

I looked last night at a meeting I ran at in 2014, the 1500m had an U13 girl who won her race and U17 man who won his.
Namely, Keeley Hodgkinson and Tiarnan Crorken. They haven't turned out too bad at all.
