Just me that think this seems a strange appointment? The week after the Hannibal hearing that he was involved in he’s refereeing us?! Doesn’t sit right with me that.

He wasn’t actually involved in it other than being the person Hannibal reported it to.

He will have been called to the hearing Tony. The referee that reports it is mandated to go to the hearing. Standard process.
