Has anybody had any difficulty purchasing tickets through the ti met exchange. It is my first time using, and when I select a seat for the Leeds game it says 'unable to reserve the seat, try refreshing the page'?

And yes I have a membership and a Clarets number ging back many years.

Yes, but I wasn’t actually purchasing so I had no reason to resolve it.

I've seen seats which show as available and try as I might, couldn't get them into my basket, so I've had to go for a lesser position.

I like the people at the TO, but to be honest they are in denial as to how poor the online system is for a punter.

Although the resale seats show on the seating plan, they don't appear to release them until all the green (non- season ticket seats) have all sold. Very frustrating and I've told the Club this but it's still the same.
