That said, since the Tea Party have started taking control of Republican congressional seats the GOP has become more opposed to being in the UN than it was 10 years ago.

Pretty off the wall if this is genuine, although I'd doubt it would ever be approved. Imagine the irony of the UN being headquartered in a country that isn't a member...

If his presidency ended today it would probably be a good presidency. Hopefully time travellers have got the correct date.
