How anyone can actually take that seriously I'll never know. I can't ever remember journalism - across the board- being as bad as it is now.
You are utterly naive if you believe she did what she did to prove a legal point. I had to laugh at this foreign woman when interviewed on BBC radio recently about the case she has brought and her reasons. She said I know what the people want I know they want out, i have been to Liverpool. The BBC being ss ever selective failed to mention that Liverpool voted in.

Let's say she had ulterior motives, what do they matter if legally she is right? Should we base our legal decisions on the motives behind lawsuits, or should we base them strictly on the law?

No but on here you'd probably be accused of sighting Amazon.

I wonder if she still feels like she wants to throw up like she claimed when the results were announced for the referendum?

Whilst I'm no fan of her holier than thou stance and her quite obviously bullshit claims that this whole exercise has nothing to do with her trying to block brexit itself. I do agree with this.

As long as we both know that the accusation is false. But it's a shame that you didn't apply some thinking before posting. It's a shame that you and Damo keep making it so easy to debunk your bullshit that all i had to do was show you what the word "cite" means.
It's sad that your schooling never prepared you to enter the world with some simple critical thinking skills but at least there's still something that can be done about your vocabulary.

47...SCOUSECLARET
you say..'Hampstead, the fact that you feel this article worthy of promoting says far more about you than the article does about her'.
First of all, don't tell me what I can 'promote' on here - I will write down whatever I like, when I like..I don't give a toss what you think.
- it's a forum for opinions, this is how forums operate.
Secondly..I tried to type a non-contentious OP..I wasn't looking for an argument with anyone, I wasn't going to be on a computer today..evidence of that is..
'is it true...? I have no idea.
'make your own mind up..and not just based on what the Daily Mail says'
So pipe down...get your facts straight.
That glib phrase you use, so common on here amongst some...'the fact that you feel this article worthy of promoting, says far more about you than the article does about her...'
What EXACTLY does all that mean?
Have you a clue what it means?
Go on explain it...if you can.
I don't like the Daily Mail.
I have never bought a copy in my life..[to my knowledge]....the piece I read [the link] was on the internet, as tons of newspaper stuff is.
Unfortunately I find myself on the same side as them as far as Brexit goes.
I had a go at her because I cannot stand the woman.
- she is an arrogant gobshyte and massive self publicist, who has INVENTED academic qualifications that she does not have...the lies are all over her own publicity material, and even when she is found out on this, and it is pointed out to her she still tries to wriggle away from the truth and blame other people for the mistake.
She has invented qualifications so as to give her opinions and comments more weight [than they should have] - I have seen her interviewed several times, I know enough about her to be able to pass comment.
I don't trust people like that, they are not to be taken seriously...they need to be loudly exposed for the charlatans and fakes that they are.
She is an impostor.
** I have no problem with the legal challenge that she brought.

Nobody is telling you what you can and cannot promote, hampstead, but you're right about this being a forum for opinions.
So if you post a link to a garbage article by a garbage newspaper, be prepared to read other people's opinions on that.
