This could be a phishing trip but here goes.
I saw the film on Tyneside where it was filmed, the cinema was hushed at the end and, though it may be fiction, the story of how the benefit test system grinds claimants down is both moving, unjust and cruel. Well acted and directed, it should be compulsory viewing for all 650 MPs.

I once saw a short film making a similar point - The Mass of Men.

https://vimeo.com/45800557" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The fellow had an appointment at the benefits office but for various reasons arrived a few minutes late. If you arrive late you normally get penalised but fortunately the woman officer was a bit later still. When she arrived she apologised for being late and our hero said 'that's OK, I was a few minutes late too'............

A re-run of the 80s and 90s in this country when Thatcher came in unfortunately, for us all in some respects this is accept the very greedy few at the top.. again unfortunately its set in today's time.

Aanother Superb film by the excellent film director Ken Loach.
