Been a controversy raging on Twitter about Exodus going down on people's

Re: Kodi
Mine is ok although I upgraded to kodi 17 krypton but sportsmania wouldn't install properly. Has anyone else gone for krypton with sportsmania.
I've had to go back to 16.1 Jarvis.

No, PYCB. Just a query. I accidentally installed v.17 onto pc, when it was in development.PaintYorkClaretnBlue wrote:Was that for me Minnie? I've just edited my post above.

This was not recommended, at the time, but before I uninstalled it I had a look around the new skin and didn't like it.

Basic, I'm afraid. Exodus, for movies and tv series, and Zem, in video addons, for sport.PaintYorkClaretnBlue wrote:I had to uninstall it to get back to 16.1 but now I can't find the build that I had. Which build do you use or have you built your own?
I have the daughters skygo and btgo, so I don't need sportsmania.

Re: Kodi
PYCB, I have a build called No Limits, seems pretty good if that's any help.
Used to have Wookie, but this seems better. On Jarvis. Install vids on YT.

Re: Kodi
The auto upgrade to Krypton 17 seems to have caused some problems.
One of my Tabs is ok with it.
The other has lots of the apps misbehaving.
You can swap it back to the Jarvis 16 if apps with Krypton aren't working.
Go to settings and disable Auto updates.

Re: Kodi
I do not have Kodi but similar SPMC. It stopes working and I couldn't even get on the normal firestick apps such as i player.
I went into settings near the bottom left ribbon. One option related to apps. From there I choose SPMC and was able to launch.
It then worked but the home page still won't work

I've installed wookie, it has sportsmania and seems decent.
Re: Kodi
Some of you recall my post about life without sky and getting a Fredrick, with the aim of combining sportsmania as I have on my phone. Well it was a Krypton 17 download and I had problems. Looked up help videos but screens different! Last night I deleted and reinstalled sportsmania and all went straight in. Magnificent! Excellent quality too and I am used to HD channels.

I know we all give our pets names, but giving your firestick a name is going a bit far

Ha! That's what predictive text can do for you! Just read your response and laughed. It's Fire TV. Although if I get to love It, Fred would be a good alternative!claretdom wrote:I know we all give our pets names, but giving your firestick a name is going a bit far
Re: Kodi
Sorted. I opened ES Explorer and it kept shutting down. It finally opened and stayed open so I thought I'd try Kodi again. It worked! Boring, I know, but I thought I'd tell you anyway.

Re: Kodi
My Kodi upgraded itself to v17 Krypton on Saturday on my Nvidia Shield and Sportsmania will not install.
I deleted it but when I tried to reload v16.1 Jarvis via ES Explorer I couldn't find it. v17 and a newer v18 were the only options.
I spent 2 hours without success and had to use my Firestick which fortunately hasn'been affected, to watch the match.

http://kodi.wiki/view/Kodi_v17_(Krypton" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;)_FAQ
just googled to check and came across this, way above my pay grade but I noticed that v17 needs android 5 or above. Android 5 has been out since Nov14. This could be the problem for some.
