Just been on Ch 4 News...a bloke with 2 weapons kicking off...

Anyone know anything about this?

I've pressed RW and he did indeed say Birmingham.

Birmingham yes...loud shouting outside the vigil...an armed man was arrested by police in Victoria, Birmingham.
