Ey up..... I'll be at the Banana Tree in Marbella watching the game. Torromolinos should have plenty of sports pubs showing the game.

If you want to watch it with other clarets then jump on the bus/train to Benelmedena where they have a 60/70 strong Burnley supporters club. They have a facebook group and I think a few post on here.

Any clarets out in the Northern Costa Blanca. Jelon Valley, Moraira or Calpe areas. Recommendations of a good bar would be appreciated

Get yourself in the Lounge Bar, Bonanza Square, Benalmadena.

Loads of Clarets meet in there for matches and also search Benalmadena Clarets on Bookface.

If I knew how to post photo's I'd stick one up from my visit there last April (16) when we played Birmingham away.

Oh, and it was 1 Euro a pint!!!

The Lounge bar isn't exactly in Bonanza square. It's about five minutes further up the hill on Avenida Bonanza on the left hand side going up the hill. Good chance I will be in there with the other Clarets.

Benelmadina is a great shout and only a 15 minute walk along the promenade from Toremolinos.

There is a bar every 20 yards so you can drown your sorrows on the way back to your hotel on Saturday afternoon

Vino give me a clue to who you are because we must have spoken or had a drink together if you went in the Nevada especially if you were with Lee. I still see Steve & Lorraine, they are doing OK. I have not been out there for a few years now, I like Lee how is he doing ? bet is he still a fat b******d though, Luis gave us a bit of help when we first moved over there a good lad, what about Roger the big numpty his he still out there.

Me and my Lad will be in the Lounge Bar for the Brom Game and Spurs. At the Bridge this weekend. I'll be having a few beers, wobble back down the road with change from 10 Euros! Then get a beating from the wife. If anybody is interested, Malaga play Eibar on Monday the 21st of August, 9pm start. The bus goes from the Lounge about 3 hours before Kick off. Good chance of booking on the bus if you ask at the bar on the Saturday. About 50 Euros will get you in, the bus to the ground and a good few beers. Top night believe me!

Snap crackle, my name is Keith my Missus is Val. We went in Nevada quite a lot with the lads. Lee is fine, I live about a five minute walk from his house in Torrequebrada. I know Luis coz he was my mate in Burnley, we played in the same basketball team over there. I still see Steve and Lorraine when they come over and see Mick and Jill. I texted him after Huddersfield got promotion. I remember you working on the Nevada terrace (was that after little Billy from Scotland?).

There's an Irish bar in the square which always had footy on. I'm staying in Peurto Banus but will be watching in Marbella.

It was before and whilst Billy was there we worked together for a while. I have not see Mick for a long time but I see Doddy who Mick and Gill came out with originally, as for Roger Thailand is a good fit for him  anyway Vino say hello to the lads for me.

New to the forum.

So anyone going to Benalmadena, you have already been told about the Lounge Bar. Bear in mind it is about 100 yards from Bonanza Square over the road from the Karaoke bar and a little bit hidden away. TV screens all over the place, so most matches shown. Went back in February and had a fab time. Saw Steve who used to have the Nevada Bar and also Billy with his wife who was over visiting. Recently saw Steve and Lorraine in Greenhead Park, Huddersfield going to the Wannasee concert and they both looked really well.
Would have posted a photo of our visit but not sure how to do this. Anyone got any clues?

See you all their again Saturday to scream us into our best start to a Premier league season
Let's get another monkey off our backs and bong the Baggies out of Town UTC

Looking forward to visiting the Lounge Bar for the match on Saturday. Hopefully a big 3 points to make our last day a memorable one!

Just a quick question for anyone in the Benalmadena area....where's the best place for a big full English breakfast (got to have at least one on holiday in Spain)? Ideally a place which is open from 9am ish. Thanks in advance!

Was in on Saturday again brilliant turn out between 60 to 70 Clarets
On information I was given the game this Wednesday will be shown live 8:45 kick off here the talk was that there was four streams of the game so hopefully happy days
Just hope our club field a very strong squad and thoroughly thrash them off the park to make it even more sweeter
This would not only keep them in their rightful place but smash any beliefs that they try to find to hang on in their lets keep our foot on their heads and keep them sinking UTC

I've been to both new and old town last few nights, spotted a sports bar near the rock , that said he would stick it I for me, but wouldn't mind watching it with a fellow claret.

Any news where abouts this place is?

Asked a few locals where this 8s, and none have a clue ( unless they're playing dumb )

Looks like saffys sports bar unless people can point me in the right direction. ( unless some kind person could take a screenshot of tres palmares and put it on here, they're on Facebook but I ain't) Saffys said they'd put it on for me, and had the WBA game so fingers crossed, I don't get out voted.

I'm in Calpe, I've got Bar Tres Palmares but don't know where it is or have the phone number ( not having Facebook doesn't help ) nudge nudge wink wink anyone

The other option is go where they Saud they're put it on for me, however I've spotted there's several other games, a couple more high profiled teams and so could get out voted

That's Saffys bar and grill calpe, also no number for.

They are miles away from each other, so can't edge my bets.

So would prefer to have 1 concrete option.

Get off at Benalmadena station in the Arroyo de la Miel (Spanish area). Leave station, facing road road turn left to second roundabout (5 mins). At second roundabout turn left down hill, walk down hill til you get close to Ibensa and Bonanza squares (10 mins). You will have no problems finding lounge once you are near the squares. There were about 20 Clarets in there last Thursday for the first leg.
