Will if Chalobah can get a gig with England, the talent pool can't be that deep, so any half decent Prem midfielder must feel they have a chance.

I've never seen this board with so many positive posts! Come on, lets have a go at the Club shop or something! Top display by Mr Cork by the way. UTC.

Club shops awful tho innit? ;)

Actually, no it's not. Everything about the club has improved massively.

Cork is soooooo much better than I remember him being.

He has started well but the midfielders around him have made him look even better. Let's just reserve judgement.

There were a few players on the pitch last night who just looked so far removed from League 1, Jack Cork was one of them. It would have been funny to have seen Defour glide through that game.

Any performance by all of our players has to be taken in the context that we were playing a 3rd division club.

Funny how a player like Cork can be almost invisible at a club like Southampton, and then make such an instant impression when he comes to us. Maybe it was because Southampton had too many players of his "type" already. All I know was I hated it when he left us the first time. May he have a long and glorious run with us this time.
