Chris Wood Vs Andre Gray

Post by IndigoLake » Sun Sep 10, 2017 4:00 pm

Andre Gray minutes played: 282
Goals scored: 0 (but with 1 assist)

Chris Wood minutes played: 123
Goals scored: 2

Not a bad start for Chris Wood is it?

He certainly wasn't any good at keeping possession by the corner flag in the last few minutes but he's scored two good goals so you can't complain.

In both goals it was the speed and clarity of Wood's thinking and decision making that stands out - clinical

We've certainly got the better player.

Better control from Chris and good at bringing others into play.So Sean does actually know something about buying strikers !

Gray spent too much time last season chasing after his first touch! £18 million was ridiculous money and right to grab it when offered. Wood looks the better of the two in all aspects of the game.
