For folks this side of the pond it looks like ESPN3 are showing our game - that should mean plenty of dodgy teams for those that don't get it though

It's on quite a few foreign channels such Bein Sports Arabia

There's a good app called LiveFootballTV which lists the games and where they're being shown.

Right I am not the sharpest and I can't go game tonight. I have an iPad and a laptop now.
How do I watch the game I don't have a VPN or Kodi.
Will I be arrested if I dont have a VPN?

No you won't be arrested, police will be to busy catching proper criminals.

Someone will no doubt put stream links on here around 19:30 , pick one and enjoy.

No you would most likely get a letter from your internet service provider threatening legal action if you carry on . Most people dont have a vpn so i wouldnt worry about it . If your worried there are plenty of free ones that do the job

Just search google for "Reddit soccer streams" and you'll get a list of them that'll work on an ipad without a VPN.
