Good luck to Oliver. It is good to see him getting this chance because he has made good progress and I have yet to see him have a bad game --perhaps I shouldn't have said that!

I only saw him on YouTube at the Prague tournament but he looked useful.
Good luck to the lad.

It's so pleasing to see one of our young players get a deal like this at 18. He's been with the club since the days when Big Vince & Dobbo were in charge of the youth set up and it could well be, given his location at Skipton, that he was recruited by a member of this message board.

He's done so well and this season, despite kicking off at 17, has virtually been used exclusively in the under-23s.

Let's hope he can step up now and eventually become a first team player of the future.

My favourite headline was from the back page of the Evening Telegraph when Rune Vindheim left the club;
Gone With The Vind.

For the Clarets, perhaps, but my favorite is the back page of the " Scottish Sun ", when Celtic got beat in the Scottish Cup, at home by Inverness Caledonian Thistle in 2000..... " Super Cally Go Ballistic, Celtic Are Atrocious " :D

The lad appears to understand that hard work will be the key to any success.
