Interesting. You can click on a map which tells you the numbers of signatures by constituency.
You can see that Burnley has so far contributed 204 signatures, and that there is a concentration in the north west...
Until that is you zoom in on Blackburn. They've only signed 40 times...
I imagine that is because it is only an issue that only concerns the top two divisions (not optimistic of promotion, or they're all just happy sitting down-low levels of excitement at Ewood)

I'm really pleased at the response from Burnley constituents to the petition - must have mainly come from this message board too.chekhov wrote:Interesting. You can click on a map which tells you the numbers of signatures by constituency.

I expect the concentrated areas are the ones who have threads like this on their respective fan sites.

Which means of course we need to try to get threads started on other clubs' fan sites, messageboards, facebook groups, subreddits etc etc

Re: Safe Standing Petition - PLEASE SIGN IF YOU AGREE
I’m suprised we are still at only about 35,000. There is absolutely no logic to ban safe standing. I understand the reservations amongst those who fear another Hillsborough, but in reality, safe standing is completely different to the standing arrangements of the past

Re: Safe Standing Petition - PLEASE SIGN IF YOU AGREE
Looking at the map there seems to be significant support for this in the Merseyside area. Not much from the London clubs though...
