43 all out

Post by tiger76 » Wed Jul 04, 2018 9:03 pm

Not a good first day for Bangladesh skittled in 18 overs, one guy scored 25 the innings included 4 ducks and not a single extra.
The West Indies bowlers had a field day Roach had figures of 5-8,including 3 wickets in 4 balls, doesn't seem to be any problems with the pitch either Windies are 100+ for loss of 1 wicket.

If there are more skittles in a bag of skittles than runs on the board i think it's unfair to skittles to call the team skittled.

They'd have the bunting out on Keighley Road if Colne managed 43.

Cannot believe it, have a day ticket to watch the second day tomorrow!
Better get there early - only thankful the West Indies didn’t declare at tea and think they had enough......

Hope you enjoy the second day CS,could be batting practice for the West Indies, they'll be queuing up to face this attack.Bangladesh are improving but still struggle away from home, but most test sides do nowadays.

I've seen 12 all out be too much for the side batting second to chase down in a junior match...

West Indies fell victim to the pitch in the end - they were 201/2 at close. :D

Strange ground, take the 30 to 40 English fans here and there will be no more than 200 on!!
At least Bgldesh are making a fist of it...
Three bottles of Wadadli for 10 WI dollars is the highlight of the day though

Sums up the lack of interest in Test Match cricket ATM alas, yet another test that won't make it past the third day,and yet at ODI level Bangladesh are very competitive :?
