First world problems and know it's free so can't have the hump too much but it would be nice if a multi million pound company could get something like this right, especially as a free offer is to convince people to pay long term.

I'm no expert but I swear Championship and League One clubs have bespoke media channels producing regular varied content yet Burnley, Europa League, with a larger fanbase than in decades and decades are struggling to broadcast a friendly.

And it goes deeper than failing to produce something advertised like tonight.

This is 2018 and there's a market for us. Especially in terms of youth - ClaretsPlayer and the Burnley FC YouTube offer next to nothing aimed at young Burnley fans. Look at Copa90 and the FA's Lions' Den coverage during the World Cup. Burnley should be looking to do similar things on a smaller scale.

There's potential.

I got the same reply from mylene, so it looks like the person is answering a few if not all the queries. It was advertised as free so should have been and it should have been tested first to make sure it worked. So many potential subscriptions lost over a stupid technical failure.
Whoever was in charge needs a good bollhicking and reassigning to the match day kiosk.

The only issue is that its advertised as FREE if ive seen correctly.

The technical failure may be out of the clubs hands. They’d be people having a do if they sent out a message before kick off if they cancelled the streaming due to technical failure.

Yeah stream working now for me on the official Burnley app via the "Clarets Player HD" drop down menu. Only made my account a couple of hours ago so new accounts should work too. No payment or subscription needed, I am connected to Wi-Fi as opposed to Mobile data though.
