yes, it's this coming Friday. Service at the Turf at 1 p.m. with fans able to be there to watch him leave for the final time.

Fair play to Tony Livesey (again).

A very well measured and scripted piece.

And very well narrated too; it was only right that someone with a proper accent did that.

A truly fantastic tribute to someone who evidently was extremely talented but also wonderfully modest.

Very moving.

Some great footage too, including some I hadn't seen.

Not sure of the image rights technicalities but would indeed be fantastic if that could be shown before the game of Thursday.
