I really can't see Dyche or the recruitment team pulling any rabbits out of the hat in a January transfer window.
A January transfer window won't get us out of the mess we find ourselves in, lack of investment in the last two windows and poor tactics are to blame for this.

My advice to the club is work with what you have got and get shut of Dyche in May. The playing side and staff need freshening up, they have gone very stale.
The club needs fresh ideas and a new management team, we are going backwards on the pitch. The Dyche era is now coming to its end and now is the time for the club to start making preparations for a change at the top.

There is simply no-one better to get us promoted again if we do get relegated.

Once you go down, only one thing matters, trying to go back up again.

But if we did go down and came straight back up then Dyche will have to change his tactics and the idea that launching the ball 50 yards into the opposition box will work.Teams have worked us out and it is bloody awful to watch. You can compete and play football you don't have to let the opposition have total control of the ball EVERY game.

During our previous relegation under Dyche I would whole heartedly agree Spijed you could see the plan we were developing as a side we had an identity It is just this time it all feels so different, there’s a sense of inevability about where we are heading even the most loyal of Dyche supporters must find it bloody difficult to work out what we are actually trying to achieve, other than go from side to side then punt it aimlessly down the field.

We looked as bad as Sunderland 2 years ago this afternoon. Something needs to change or we're going to finish rock bottom on 20 points.

The problem is that we have now played 14 out of 20 and the teams we haven’t played yet are all in the top 11 - including Liverpool, Spurs, Arsenal, Everton and much-improved Watford and Brighton.

It’s likely to be the end of January before we recruit, by which time we will have played 24/40 and could be cut well adrift on the current form and we won’t be as attractive a Club as we were in the summer for players to join.

Got to be honest he's not the messiah, he's just a naughty boy.
The facts are clear and only sentiment can be used against them. Same tactics with different players and not working. you have to press if you defend dèep and we've lost that.
