What needs to happen is the meat and dairy industry needs to be abolished leaving people with NO CHOICE but go vegan.

As a Food teacher I do get quite a few pupils who are vegan ,usually till someone points out most sweets contain animal products.Although Haribos have produced a vegan friendly pack.
Almonds aren't vegan...

Just off the record, the turkey that I ate yesterday was the best that I’d ever had. So succulent and tasty. It was a Copas bird bought from Soutar’s Fine Meats.

Expensive ? Ours was bog standard from Asda typically tasteless, until the Cranberry and Apple Sauce appeared.

You should have pushed the bat out and gone for a Copas. I can’t recommend them enough.

I think more and more people should go vegan, then the queue at the butchers is smaller for me.

I'm vegan and live on a diet of fish fingers. Seeing as fish don't have fingers I see no problem.

I'm going Vegan well what I mean is Vegetarian but Vegan sounds more on trend. I'm not doing it until I've told enough people though.

I’ve decided in preparation to go vegan that I will go pescatarian for Jan.

Enjoyed eating more fish and made a nice spinach curry the other day

Only two slip ups so far.

First one was a Huddersfield. I was guzzling a bovril when my father in law asked me what bovril was made from

The second one was at my dads. My autopilot when visiting my dad is to head straight for the fridge and get stuck in. I was half way through a pork pie before I realised it.

Anyway il keep trying and hope the veggies improve my stupidity

I've cut back on dairy and meat, especially red meat. Used to have red meat pretty much every day, now it's a few times a week.

I'm partial to a bit of bacon in a fry up on a Sunday morning, if it wasn't for bacon I could easily give up eating meet, very rarely eat red meat and on the od ocassion eat chicken. Trying to eat more vegetables. Good luck to everyone it's not easy changing the habits of a life time.
