Ticket Office shut problem

I tried to pick up my ticket for the Chelsea game but was too late (closed st 12.30) and club shop unable to help. As the ticket office won’t reopen before the game does anyone have any bright ideas on how to contact the club to get assistance? Will by booking reference be any use at Chelsea...I see that their ticket office e opens at 3 PM on Monday.

If you are on Twitter I’d message them there and copy Darren Bentley in as well

Good advice , contacted club via twitter and they handled it brilliantly, was able to pick up my ticket at the Stamford Bridge ticket office....and what a night it was! COYC

It's nice that someone has taken the time to compliment the TO, as people are usually quick to moan/complain but slow to acknowledge good service
