Grown men are allowed to cry folks!
Or maybe it's better to bottle those emotions up.

He'll find his level next season. As a fiddler I'm surprised Wovers weren't after him.

Or maybe it's better to keep quiet about it. ;)

Men are allowed to cry. When their dog dies.

Crying when things aren't going your way despite picking up £40,000 a week in wages even though you aren't playing and recalling the time you were forced to persist with violin lessons even though you didn't want to as an example of your stiff up lip mentality is the behaviour of a spoilt child, not a grown man.

My upper lip is stiff, it's my jaw that wobbles

This is the division they failed to win last year and also the division where they have spent the majority of their time as a club.

D!cks.
Just to correct your misconception.
Boro have spent 10 seasons in the equivalent of the Championship in the 25 seasons since the PL was introduced.
This is their 61st season playing at the top level in comparison to our 54th season at this level.
They have only spent two seasons outside the top two tiers of English football in their 106 year history which means they have 104 seasons at the top levels as opposed to our 99 at the same level in our 117 year history in league football.

They've spent a hundred years with 7 out of 10's, slipping down to the occasional 6.
Burnley might have had a few drunken 2's but we've also had plenty of 10's.

...much rather have burnley's history than boro's, basically. Having good times and bad times is much better than a lifetime of mediocrity.

Pick up reference, Sydney - the disorderly fellow is alluding to typically picking-up stunners - scores, whereas and under the influence, has spent some nights with some that only look stunning through the bottom of a beer glass. Suggests rather have that "ride" than err...... data and marry a soccer mom-type....

Personally I think soccer moms are dandy

I'll go along with that too
As Burnley fans, of course we would rather have our history because we have lived it, just as Boro fans have lived theirs. In effect they are not dissimilar to us in many respects, however, I think that, over the last few seasons, a lot of fans on both sides have become obsessed with a rivalry which doesn't really exist.

I am now waiting for Karanka to clarify his feelings that Bamford is not yet ready to play -- I suppose that he will level an accusation that he was not playing whilst on loan at Burnley so he is not 'match fit' -- I await his further blathering. ;)
