Strapping to the leg suggests a broken bone.
Gutted for him.

Apart from the fact that McGuire got the ball first and Brady kicked McGuireJohnMac wrote:That must have hurt there, completely accidental and how anyone can call it a foul on McGuire is ridiculous! Looks like Brady is off and it could be serious.

Really would not shock me if that was the case due to the force they collided.starting_11 wrote:Whats the splint type thing for?

Well on the bright side this is a good chance for Arfield.

I'd take that over ligament damage, as weird as that sounds...
As someone previously mentioned, January has just became a whole lot more important

Looked like it would have been his knee at first but that splint thing was just on the lower part of his leg, I don't think it was on his knee?

Agree...Brady frustrated to have lost the opportunity and lashed out (in my opinion).Devils_Advocate wrote:Apart from the fact that McGuire got the ball first and Brady kicked McGuire

He will be a massive miss, and could force us to sign somebody in January.

Didn`t he contact with Maguire with his right leg? Wasn`t it his left leg that was put in the `splint`. That would be a worry.

The lino doing our end is 5 yds behind there last defender and he has just given two offsides against us, neither of them were.

Arfield doesn't look awake today.
Ball given away midfield leading to a shot on goal.

Re: Lester Crisp versus Mighty Clarets
Or perhaps it was because the ball was knicked from him just as he was shooting, certainly didn't look like an intentional follow through to me.Devils_Advocate wrote:Apart from the fact that McGuire got the ball first and Brady kicked McGuire

Re: Lester Crisp versus Mighty Clarets
We are by far the better of the two teams but Brady`s injury is a real blow...was really on his game today before the `incident`.

Leicester have been the better team since Brady went off, need a winger in January.

Need to play a bit shorter. Need to get to half time here and let Mr Dyche sort them out.

I am not saying he deliberately kicked McGuire but you said to call it a foul was ridiculous. McGuire got the ball then Brady caught McGuire and that is a foul.JohnMac wrote:Or perhaps it was because the ball was knicked from him just as he was shooting, certainly didn't look like a follow through to me.
What if JBG was running down the wing and a defender came across and attempted to kick the ball to tackle him, missed it and kicked JBG instead. Would that not be a foul to us?
