Terrible draw, fixed as fk, so we couldn't possibly have been drawn against Rangers but we drew Aberdeen, how does that work?

Nope - we know our opponents already. We have Aberdeen who also entered the competition at this stage due to finishing 2nd in Scotland.

We were seeded but they were not and in reality their co-efficient is way better than than our actual 0.000. We just got seeded because of being from England. Even if we won the trophy we would not be able to attain enough co-efficient points to match the English national co-efficient.

In the middle of pre-season and we draw the toughest non-seeded team, I was hoping for an easy game against some part timers.

The Clarets will play Aberdeen in the second qualifying round of the Europa League.

Thursday’s draw at Uefa headquarters in Switzerland paired Burnley with the Scottish Premiership side with the first leg to be played at Pittodrie,which has a capacity of just under 21,000.

The first leg will be played on Thursday, 26 July, with the return a week later at Turf Moor on Thursday, 2 August.

The Clarets – who were seeded for the draw draw - secured a place in Europe for only the third time in their history by finishing seventh in the Premier League last season.

The Dons, who finished second in the Scottish top flight, have played 131 ties in Europe and famously won the European Cup Winners’ Cup under Sir Alex Ferguson in 1983.

Ticket details and kick-off times will be confirmed in due course.

No complaints with the draw, just confused as to how we play Aberdeen, when the last draw in our pot puts two of the group one qualifiers against each other. I thought that was what the seedings was supposed to avoid.
It's hard to pick the bigger bunch of twankers, UEFA or FIFA.

Each Group, 1-5, had 5 seeded teams and 5 unseeded teams, we were seeded and Aberdeen unseeded.

Exactly my thoughts. I think every other non-seeded team in our section were part-timers!! Classic Burnley that we manage to draw an actual team!
