The only part of your statement that I've mentioned is 'Ten minute cameos'. Wood and JayRod get 90 minute cameos and still rarely score.

All of our forwards would benefit from our midfield playing a bit of football instead of just lumping it upfield. Our wingers and full backs putting better crosses in, would help as well.

Its the one major difference between us and almost every other team in the PL, when we have the ball at our feet, and are able to move forward at pace, as soon as we see resistance, we stop and either look sideways or backwards. Other players attempt to beat the man and continue the run. This can panic players into decisions they'd rather not make. In not doing it i think we are handing them an advantage.
