He's just got a better agent / PR frim.

Now the angle is he either stays, or they can paint a story that Levy accepted a big bid, and he had to go to be fair to Spurs.

I have looked very carefully but I can only identify one gentleman in that statement and that's Harry Kane.

Doesn’t matter if there’s a gentlemans agreement, if no other club offers what he’s worth he wouldn’t be going anywhere!
