I always look for the performance, rather than the result against the top teams. That was a good performance from us. I think rather like Citeh, if they get a 2nd they'll get a quick fire 3rd and 4th.
Dwight needs taking off at the first sign of tiredness, and then please give a couple of the youngsters a chance. I wouldn't expect them to change the game, but they need to know what it feels like to play against teams like Liverpool, at grounds like Anfield. It can only do them good.

Agree, good performance from us in the first half, I did think Mee should have done better marking Jota. McNeil, Wood, jog playing well. We might nick something second half.

Decent half there. And underlines that actually we have a decent team that ought to stay up fairly comfortably. A couple of incoming over the next week will help us maintain this

You may be right kazza but they’ve played so well if they repeat it the second half we are not beaten yet. A big ‘if’ but at least we have more hope than before kick off .

Bad goal. Much more energy than last week. Still in the game. Just hope we don’t collapse second half. Liverpool a long way off their best. Tarks unlucky not to score late on. McNeil excellent.
