We should stop giving early leads away so clumsily

When I said earlier this week we start minus 1 goal with Muric in goal I got pelters. Not seen the goal, but sounds soft .

He should push these players in front of him and impose himself in his box

I take it Bristol will just sit deep now and defend and we’ll be unable to break them down

That is unbelievably poor defending. Watching Muric he looks on tenterhooks. Cannot be confidence inspiring for his colleagues

Sheff Utd now 1-0 up, should be two

To those claiming Muric should be catching this how do you expect him to do this when its lower than head height before it even gets to the front post?

That's an understatement, I don't expect us to keep clean sheets anymore, and sadly we haven't disappointed so far this season in that respect.

Cutting out passes that are short would help.
We've been lucky with that a couple of times today.

When we face a corner I have the same fear as facing a free kick 5 yards outside the box in the middle of the goal.

Thought we played really well in the main. Had more than enough openings to kill the game. Bristol have barely had a kick and will be grateful to be 1-1.

Ran out of ideas/steam as the half progressed. Seems to be a similar pattern forming with them sitting back and hoping for a counter/set piece and us building up hundreds of passes with not a lot of end product tbh. Having said that, Tella has got to score with that chance!

Opposition barely have to do anything to score, zero tempo to our play either, Brownhill isn't a number 10, Rodriguez offering nothing again and isolated.

Agree that Roberts not having a good game, seems to wait for the ball and then either stand still or go backwards every time. Benson had their left back on toast and then stopped getting the ball whenever we play out from the right hand side.

Got to be honest, very poor from Muric on the set pieces but one big save. We should have looked at getting Heaton back on loan when Hennessey left.
Roberts must have naked pictures of the chairman. How he's retained his spot is beyond me. Can't attack or defend.
Why did we move Benson from right to left when he was tearing it up?

The most annoying thing is the two commentators on that brizzle stream, what a pair of muppets!

I think it's the 2nd goal of the season I'd criticise Muric for, but even then the marking is so so poor, the new lad Beyer just lets their defender get to the ball first with all kinds of space. The guy on the line makes an absolute hash of clearing it, bounces everywhere and predictably ends with a scruffy goal.

We just cannot defence set pieces. Lost anyone with the ability to win the first header and no longer have a keeper confident in coming out and claiming the ball

Another game, another collection of over dramatic comments.

It's almost as though some of you have never watched football before.

Soft goal to concede? Yes, but it happens. Muric to blame? Maybe but the defenders didn't deal very well with it, either.

The style we play with has its vulnerabilities. Tella stabs that goal in and we're running away with it. There is the main difference at the moment. Let's not get overly unhappy as we are currently doing well. No need to panic. No need to get too negative.

Cork best man for me in first half, Roberts disappointing, Brownhill ok but we need someone with a defying pass behind the strikers

I think you're the one being over dramatic, nobody is being overly negative, just frustrated we've conceded another sloppy avoidable goal. I think 99% of us support the team and VK, the goal conceded doesn't alter the support for the project but we can surely comment our opinion of this game.

I'm clearly seeing a different game to most posters.

A lot of absolutely electric stuff from us...some of the best pass and move football since the 60s. Fair enough, some iffy defending and missed chances.

Agree, but if we let in soft goals like that every week, too many should be wins will become draws and draws into defeats. We are keeping the ball well but I would like to see us take a bit more risk in the final third

Yes but we have gone from a team that was hard to score against to one that’s easy to score against. We could be top of the league but all these soft goals. It’s starting to be a pattern.

The forward was too close to the keeper to score. Credit to him for not backing away though.

He needs to be a confident keeper. It's a big problem for us at the minute.

Just seen a reply of their goal.
Firstly, no corner.
Secondly, Cullen gets pushed/brushed off at the first post
Thirdly, Muric should impose
