Re: Everton fans
With the promoted teams apart from Forest grinding out results it opens the relegation struggle up for some shocks this time.
Everton recruitment in the summer was poor apart from Tarkowski and Coady and with their lack of funds I can't see them adding any quality in the January window
Everton are financially strapped and are struggling funding the new stadium development. I can see trouble down the line if relegated which seems inevitable with there finance worries

Re: Everton fans
Forest are improving lately, got 8 points from the last 6 league games (and an FA Cup win v Spuds); all mainly on the back of good home results. They remain bookies' favourites for the drop but may yet "do a Burnley". Wolves, Everton, Bournemouth & WHU have 4 points from 6 games; Saints and Chelsea 5 points You'd think Chelsea and WHU would find a way of turning that form round but Wolves, Everton, Cherries and Saints maybe not.Top Claret wrote: ↑Mon Nov 14, 2022 8:36 amWith the promoted teams apart from Forest grinding out results it opens the relegation struggle up for some shocks this time.

As you allude to - it might depend on who has the money/will to make a couple of telling signings in the January window. The reaction of the Everton fans can hardly be helping their players at the moment.
Re: Everton fans
They are rumoured to be keen on signing Harwood ' Bellis. He would be wise to avoid them.

Re: Everton fans
Thats right and besides the results the team spirit and appears superb. THB will not get into City's team and so hopefully he might want to play for us in the Prem.where we are now surely destined to be next season.

Calm down, there’s a long way to go yet.
Agreed about the team spirit, it seems to be excellent.

I know, it would be pointless him going there.

Re: Everton fans
You'd think THB would be eyeing a place in the City squad. Can't see him going to Everton.
