I did also hear that Weghurst was also regularly knocking on the chairman’s door, in his own right, saying ‘I didn’t sign to play this type of football’

But not sure what he expected or was told prior to signing.

I think "things northeastclaret has heard" should be a thread in its own right.

I’m not one of those poster claiming to be ITK at all although I got talking to someone last summer who knows a relative of a player who said that for most of last season the atmosphere in and around the club was toxic.

Not one mention of Duncan Ferguson yet.
How disappointing.

It wasn't a player he was on a night out with a ex-player from another club

I heard he was sacked because we were absolute dog dirt for most of the season.

So you’re telling me that the guy on twitter was lying and Dyche didn’t have a night out with Duncan Ferguson with cocaine and prostitutes and ended up knocking some randomer out? People believe anything on twitter haha

Surely nailed on for the Everton job now after that car crash of a defeat against a very poor Wolves side with the worst dressed manager in Premier league history.

Will be Martinez or Moyes before he even gets into the picture. Dyche’s next job will be a Stoke or someone like that.

Surely that would just be on the same conjecture of failure, Dyche, whatever ones thoughts of him, is a very strong character who commands respect, he wouldn't win Everton trophies but he have them in a lot better shape than they are now.

Rational thinking isn’t something that has echoed in the upper echelons of Goodison Park, they would’ve taken him 5 years ago otherwise. The best Dyche can hope for is a top 10 Championship club now the way managerial appointments seem to be going.

Didn’t Lowbank also relay some bullshit about Scott Twine’s absence he later had to admit was wrong?
I’m not sure about him.
There was some me tasteless comments from others though.

I’m not so sure whether Tarky and Dwight would be overly enthused if Sean rocked up at Everton.

Hold your breath
Make a wish
Count to three
Come with me and you'll be
In a world of pure imagination
Take a look and you'll see
Into your imagination
We'll begin with a spin
Traveling in the world of my creation
What we'll see will defy
Explanation
If you want to view paradise
Simply look around and view it
Anything you want to, do it
Want to change the world?
There's nothing to it
There is no life I know
To compare with pure imagination
Living there, you'll be free
If you truly wish to be
If you want to view paradise
Simply look around and view it
Anything you want to, do it
Want to change the world?
There's nothing to it
There is no life I know
To compare with pure imagination
Living there, you'll be free
If you truly wish to be

Bear with me here, but is it just possible that a club that spend months in a takeover battle, didn't invest in an aging squad and a manager who just ran out of ideas and didn't utilise the players as well as he used to just ran out of love which each other?

I mean, I never thought I'd not want SD managing my club, but I was perfectly happy to accept him leaving at the end of the season in which he got potted because it just didn't feel "right" (if that makes sense) and there was a clear feeling of the inevitability of relegation when we took so long to win our 2nd game

Hmm, Everton have only scored 12 goals this season. I really don’t think Dyche is what they need given his reluctance to commit men forwards.

Whatever happened with Dyche at the end he will always be remembered as one of our best managers since Pott's and Adamson even though the football went stale for the last two years.

Indeed the 4 year contract was a huge mistake. Think Dyche had Alan Pace’s pants down with that one

"Dyche has "earned the right" to have Alan Pace's pants down"
