Looked awesome. Ain't been to a night game at Turf for years.

Reminded me of an NHL game, I guess they do the same in the NBA too?

Got me excited and I was watching the telly!

...don't think the old bloke they showed on camera had the same thoughts though!

Not sure if that’s sarcasm…

Just needs SIRIUS (Alan Parsons Project) and I’d be very happy!
No, no sarcasm meant at all. I watched the Michael Jordan documentary a while back and always thought it looked cool, especially for night games!

My 16 yo daughter liked the light show.

Agree with Tony tho, it’d probably work better if the team came out as soon as it finishes.

It’s a bit strange having the light show and then having that strange, supposedly atmospheric bass noise (for want of a better description) droning along until the players come out.

It needs a few tweaks, better timing and better music (entrance and to go with the lights). I quite like the Jordan North thing and all it references.

It’s good that they’re starting to do new things, hopefully they’ll only improve.

Or the lights go out completely and then when they come back on the players are already stood there

Apparently cost 1 million to convert Al, the lighting and do everything needed to provide the light show.

Is the money well spent?

100%. The Turf has never looked better. Much better than the years of neglect and managed decline thanks.

It's the audience it's aimed at, not the fans but investors. You have to remember that the people with deep pockets, rarely understand football, it's all about the glitz.
I like the light show, and I like all the led boards around the ground, it's brought the club into the next century, and paints us as a modern forward thinking club

I notice Brentford had one tonight that finished a good few minutes before the teams came out.
