Trafford 5 - goalkeeping was decent but his distribution is putting us under too much pressure. He takes too long to get rid of it. He staying pretty calm and not panicking but he needs to show a bit more urgency and get it to the players quicker and with more pace.
Interesting that you’re now picking up on this after being an ardent defender!

It’s chalk and cheese compared to Don Muric with the ball.

Not sure what you are talking about.
I said Muric had better distribution and Trafford is also good with his feet.
What I’m an “ardent defender” of is giving players more than 3 games.

If you really want to crack on with your silly points watch the first few games of last year again and you’ll see how many times Muric made mistakes and also put us under unnecessary pressure. Or check the threads and players ratings on this board to see what people thought.

Murks improved his decision making after a few games and also started going longer when it was needed but with really good accuracy and weight on the ball.

No reason I have seen why Trafford can’t improve his distribution and decision making in the same way.

It’s not helping Trafford that our defence is changing every week and some are clearly less suited to controlling a ball under pressure than say Maatsen.

That’s before we take into account the massive gap in the quality of opposition that Trafford is playing against than Muric did last year.
