If you have an issue with your ticket or misplace it prior to the game, any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to Liverpool FC by the Burnley FC Ticket Office.

Just been informed that some emails/tickets are still being sent out in the next hour. I would suggest that if you still haven't received your ticket by 4pm, get in touch with our Ticket Office and request to collect a paper ticket at Liverpool.

The day before the game and some still to be sent out? I thought getting mine just two days before the City game was too late.
