The roundel was used from 75-79 with the Rugby League V kit. I liked the roundel and would be happy to see it backKernowHouseClaret wrote: ↑Tue Jan 28, 2025 3:29 pmThere's many ways you can 'consult' without actually acting on the results, if they want it changed bad enough, they'll change it.
For me anything like the 1969/70s roundel with yellow writing and I'll be happy

I don't know what the plan is (if any), but a fan's vote of all the badge designs we've had, plus any new ones would be the best way to do it.
I already know which I'd vote for, even without seeing any possible new designs!

That kit was groundbreaking. Absolutely unbelievable that we’d go from what we had to that. Don’t get me wrong, I love the one that was immediately before that, but the V kit was a work of absolute genius. Still great today. Claret and blue too!!!Culmclaret wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2025 5:19 pmThe roundel was used from 75-79 with the Rugby League V kit. I liked the roundel and would be happy to see it back
As for the badge… I’ll take the badge we had in the 80’s, or the proper multi colour version of the one we had a couple of years back before the purple and silver abomination we have now.

Personally I’d have said full colour to monochrome in the wrong colour for the club would be a material change.Roosterbooster wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2025 5:18 pmAs has also been said on this thread, the process to change the badge only involves "material changes". Changing to monochrome could be seen as not being material. Very subtle changes such as minor font/sizing or shades do not count. Admittedly, from full colour to monochrome is stretching this, but that would be the argument. But changing to that "B" would certainly involve the process described.

I'd be happy for the V kit and the roundel to be back, such a classy kit and a breath of fresh airCulmclaret wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2025 5:19 pmThe roundel was used from 75-79 with the Rugby League V kit. I liked the roundel and would be happy to see it back

But I bet this is the rule they have used to get away with it
